The Journey
For five days, we come together on the beautiful island of Paros, surrounded by the Aegean Sea, to breathe, move, and connect — with ourselves, with each other and with the natural beauty that surrounds us. Experience the joy of life through yoga and dance, exploring mindful movement, building full-body strength, all with curiosity, joy and presence.
The journey is guided by Suzanne, leading the yoga practices and Ramona, guiding the dance explorations. Both bring their experiences and passion to support and inspire your personal journey. Rooted in yoga and dance and supported by the rhythms of nature, our practice is both grounding and liberating. We move to create joy, explore new sensations, listen to our bodies and meet ourselves with openness and curiosity. Swimming in the Aegean Sea, hiking through scenic landscapes and sharing healthy, delicious food are essential parts of the journey.
Each day includes a morning yoga practice (Hatha and Vinyasa), followed by dance explorations. The dance sessions draw from elements of contemporary, improvisation and expressive dance, creating an open and playful movement space. Step by step, we gently set our bodies in motion, mobilize different areas, become aware of our movement potential and gradually expand it. The body becomes a living medium for perception, communication and embodiment. At times, movement finds form and becomes composition. The focus lies in the joy of movement, creative exploration and the curiosity to try something new— alone or together, with or without music. The program is complemented by two evening Yin Yoga sessions to slow down, soften and gently integrate the day’s experiences.
A vegetarian breakfast and lunch are shared each day, leaving space in the afternoons for outdoor activities, rest, or exploration. Shared dinners provide additional moments of connection among the participants.
Designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart, this journey invites you to slow down, connect and feel fully alive. Whether you seek exploration or simply time to move and breathe in a beautiful place, you are welcome exactly as you are. No previous experience in yoga or dance is necessary — all levels are welcome. Each practice is guided with care, encouraging you to move in a way that feels right for your body.

About Us
Suzanne Corca - Yoga Teacher
Suzanne is a certified yoga teacher with a background in HR, based in Zürich. She is passionate about bringing people together through yoga and outdoor activites, cultivating awareness and movement - discovering life together with open hearts, curiosity, depth and joy.
Trained as an HR professional, she early noticed that movement was missing from her daily work life and that she longed for more than only an office job. Her love for movement has been present since childhood — full of energy, running, jumping and exploring the world with curiosity. She discovered yoga in 2017 and it quickly became a powerful companion in her life. From this grew her passion for creating spaces through yoga where connection, movement and joy take center stage. This longing for greater aliveness and fulfillment led her to her first yoga teacher training in 2022. Alongside her work in the HR field, yoga opened new paths — on an adventurous, ever-learning life journey.
She teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Switzerland and Greece (Paros), creating classes that are playful, grounding and mindful. Her focus is on flowing sequences, conscious breathing and cultivating an atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome. She invites participants to arrive fully in the present moment, to connect with their bodies with awareness and to experience movement as an expression of joy.
She holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification based on Hatha / Vinyasa and a 50-hour Yoga Alliance certification based on Yin Yoga.
Beyond the mat, she loves dancing barefoot under open skies, spending time in nature, swimming, kitesurfing, hiking, snowboarding, exploring new places and sharing moments that celebrate life with love and laughter.

Ramon Amann - Dance Teacher
Ramona is a certified dance teacher with a background in Social Work, based in Zürich. She is social worker who brings a deep understanding of the body into her pedagogical work, blending embodiment practices and body-centered approaches with creativity and care.
Trained in dance pedagogy in Berlin and Level 1 of the Chladek®Tanzsystem in Winterthur/Vienna, she also holds a 100-hour Yoga Alliance certification from Rishikesh, India, and is a certified Dance Yoga instructor through IFAA.
Since 2021, she has worked independently as a dance and cultural educator, guiding children, teenagers and adults through workshops and regular classes that explore contemporary, expressive and improvisational movement practices. She frequently co-creates workshops and school holiday programs with other artists and cultural practitioners, especially in Switzerland and Germany and collaborated as well with Tanz.die.Invasion in Munich (Germany). For children and adults alike, she (co-)facilitates programs where dance and movement become a playful foundation for creativity, joy and movement exploration. Her classes are inspired by the environment and the dynamic interplay with it, as well as by personal intuition and other art forms, inviting curiosity, trust in the body and a holistic approach. Participants are encouraged to explore their own expression, find moments of stillness, expand their movement repertoire, and gently test their boundaries — all within a safe and supportive space. Her teaching is enriched by years of personal practice and participation in dance and movement courses across Switzerland, Germany and other countries.
Beyond dancing and her work as a social worker, she delights in connecting with others, diving in the water, surfskating through the streets and skateparks, wandering scenic trails, singing and strumming her guitar, and discovering the stories and colors of the world and its cultures.

More about Paros
Paros, located in the heart of the Cyclades, is an island of serene beauty and timeless charm. Away from the crowds of larger islands, Paros maintains a peaceful rhythm. Gentle hills, whitewashed villages with winding alleys and golden beaches create the perfect backdrop for stepping away from everyday life.
The island blends Mediterranean charm with nature: olive trees, fragrant herbs and the deep blue of the Aegean Sea invite stillness, clarity and renewed energy. Here, you can fully arrive in your yoga and dance practice, bask in the warmth of the sun and feel the openness of the landscape with every breath.
Paros is more than an island – it’s a place to open up, let go and connect.
Weather & Season in Paros
Late May in Paros is a beautiful time of year — warm, sunny and not yet crowded with summer tourism. Expect pleasant daytime temperatures typically ranging from 22–26°C, with plenty of sunshine and low humidity. The sea is refreshing and swimmable.
Evenings can feel cooler and breezy, particularly near the coast, so warm clothes and layers are recommended. You may also experience the occasional Meltemi breeze, a signature of the Cyclades that brings fresh air and clear skies.
Overall, the season invites light, breathable clothing, easy layers and sun protection — perfect conditions for yoga, dance, beach time and island exploration.
