Each day blends Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Contemporary Dance, and outdoor practices with moments of rest, deep connection, and shared joy. We Swim in crystal-clear waters, discover remote beaches, enjoy delicious local food, and celebrate the simple pleasure of being together — real, open, and unfiltered.(Optional skinny-dipping for those who feel called — always in a respectful, safe, and private setting.)
